Delivery

The minimum order total on this site is £100

If you do not have a total of £100 (ex. VAT) in your cart when checking out, you will receive an error message stating that there are no available shipping options (the message states "Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time.").

The minimum order quantity is 2 per SKU

Except for the Essential Classic range where the minimum is 5

UK Deliveries

We use Royal Mail or UPS for our standard delivery service within the UK. Our UK shipping charge is £5 flat rate, however if your order exceeds £200 (ex. VAT) then delivery is free.

International Deliveries

BREXIT UPDATE FOR EU CUSTOMERS: Please note that the UK has now left the EU single market and customs union. This means that government import taxes and courier clearance fees will be charged by your UPS/DHL when your order reaches your country.  These taxes and fees must be paid by you, the importer, we cannot cover these charges.

The import duty rate for our jewellery into the EU is 4% and your national VAT will also be charged on the total amount. We recommend that you check your government website for more information. 

For international orders we use either UPS or DHL courier services. The shipping charge will be between £20 and £30 depending on the destination country and will be shown to you before you confirm your order. You will be given a tracking number after the goods are dispatched.

For customers outside of the UK, please be aware that it is your responsibility to pay any import taxes/customs duties. If you have any questions regarding international delivery, please contact us for assistance.

When will my order be processed?

We aim to despatch within 2-3 working days for all purchases once payment has been made, often sooner. Couture Kingdom UK will always notify you if there should be a problem with item availability or if there are unforseen delays in despatch.

For customers outside the UK - please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance or duties/import taxes levied in your country.
