In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase and you wish to return it then you have the right cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. the best way is by our contact form, or by e-mail or a letter sent by post). If you use our returns form, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

What Is The Couture Kingdom Free Gift Returns Policy?

Occasionally, we may run a promotional offer to give a free gift with your online order when you spend a certain amount of money. When returning items; if your order total becomes less than that amount needed to receive the free gift, you will be required to return the free gift. If you return items and your order is still equal to, or greater than the stated amount, then you may keep the free gift uncharged. Spending the required amount is compulsory to owning the free gift, so if the free gift is not returned then the value of the gift will be deducted from your card. We will contact you first, if this is the case.

Effects of cancellation.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.  We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods to us at the address above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number (RA number) - if you write this number on the outside of the returned package it will help us to identify and process your return more efficiently. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please ensure that you use the appropriate postal service for your item and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting from the post office or carrier and use an insured/registered service.  The direct cost of returning an unsuitable item is your responsibility, however if the item(s) is faulty please contact us for further instructions.

Returned items should be in their original, unworn condition, with packaging and tags (if appropriate).  Goods returned to us damaged or worn (not in a resellable state) will be returned to you, or we may have to make a reduction to your refund. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 


International Customers

We offer the same terms for returns as for UK customers but we will allow a reasonable amount of additional time for returned items to be received by us due to possible delays in international shipping (21 days).  For international returns for a refund or exchange, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. 

It is very important that the package is clearly marked "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form to avoid additional import charges and delays. If such charges are incurred when the item is returned, this will be deducted from the refund.


For your peace of mind, all Couture Kingdom products are sold on the website with a 12 month repair or replacement warranty. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality.  A claim must be submitted within 12 months of delivery.  The warranty period starts from the original delivery date; replacement items are covered until the end of the original warranty period only. 

Following a claim being submitted, the goods will then be assessed.  Any unusual wear and tear detected that is inconsistent with the fault, claim details or period of ownership, or signs that the item has been modified or misused, will invalidate the warranty and the case closed with the goods being returned to you.  If you wish to make a warranty claim, please follow the instructions below:

You must notify Couture Kingdom using our returns form
  • You are requested to provide a ‘proof of purchase’, this may be the order number or payment receipt.
  • The product must be returned to the Couture Kingdom address provided when you obtain a ‘Return Authorisation Number’
  • For any International returns, you must mark that the goods are a ‘return’ on the courier company's consignment paperwork so that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again
  • Couture Kingdom will then, replace, repair or refund you in full for the product; or alternatively exchange for a different item of similar value
  • Couture Kingdom will always attempt to exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please make this clear in your email request for a return
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method or card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 10 days of the goods being received by Couture Kingdom. It is important to note, that depending on which bank your account is held with, or payment method, please allow 14 days from the day Couture Kingdom receives the product for your funds to be process and cleared
